Halal Development Corp Bhd, operating under Malaysia's Investment, Trade and Industry Ministry, confirmed that Hanisofian Alias will assume the role of chief executive officer on Oct. 1, taking over from Hairol Ariffein Sahari, who led the agency since 2021.
