Halle Berry faces restraining order as ex-husband seeks sole custody
Oliver Martinez has filed a temporary restraining order against Halle Berry, alleging she choked their 12-year-old son and made racist remarks.
In a court filing, Oliver Martinez accuses Halle Berry of physically assaulting their son, Maceo, by jumping on him, placing his hands around the boy's neck and choking him on Sept. 26. He also claims Berry told Maceo that he was "a white b—h trying to rob a black woman" over child-support disputes and asked the child how he felt about it as a black man. Martinez is requesting sole custody of Maceo. Representatives for Berry have not responded to inquiries.
