Health NZ says it ‘cannot easily access’ board papers

Questions are being raised about access to detailed redevelopment plans for Christchurch Hospital. In August, one outlet asked Health New Zealand, under the Official Information Act (OIA), for a range of documents related to the hospital’s redevelopment after the devastating 2011 earthquakes.
