Heathrow partners with Adobe to roll out AI-driven passenger services

Heathrow Airport has extended its collaboration with Adobe, embedding the software maker's agentic AI and customer-experience tools into the airport’s digital platforms for its 84.5 million yearly travelers.

Heathrow Airport and Adobe have announced an expanded partnership that integrates Adobe’s agentic AI and customer-experience orchestration into Heathrow’s digital ecosystem. The collaboration will see Adobe’s CX Enterprise platform power the airport’s website and content management, delivering tailored information to the 84.5 million passengers it serves each year. By leveraging Adobe Experience Manager and Brand Visibility tools, Heathrow aims to optimise its presence on AI-driven search platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity AI.

Stephen Glenfield highlighted that the AI capabilities will allow the airport to provide the right information whether travelers are on the site or using a large-language-model query. Nathan Hancock noted that after ten years of joint work, the partnership will deepen personalization and ensure accurate, authoritative content across AI discovery channels. The initiative is part of Heathrow’s broader digital transformation to meet rising expectations for seamless, customized travel experiences.
