Judicial commissioner Datuk Muhammad Adam @ Edward Abdullah set the hearing date during a case-management session attended by Rosmah’s lawyer Sheena Stephanie Sebastian and 1MDB counsel Henna Nikita Sanghvi. The original complaint also named Singaporean Shabnam Naraindas Daswani, whose claim was withdrawn in April 2025. The court had previously scheduled a June hearing for the following year. The outcome could affect the disposition of significant assets linked to the former prime minister’s family.
