Hometown communities pay tribute to PAF pilots killed in Batangas crash

Capt. Raymart Cabangcala, whose mother Myrna recalled his aspirations for the family and the village, was among four pilots lost in the Oct. 23 Batangas collision. Barangay chief Ismael Zabala said a necrological service will be held when Cabangcala’s remains arrive on Oct. 30. Local officials, including Pangasinan Governor Ramon Guico III and the area’s third-district representative, also expressed condolences and pledged support to the bereaved families.
