Houston dad receives naked DoorDash delivery, company bans driver

Kiante Matlock was inside his Houston home with his daughter when a DoorDash order arrived, but the delivery was made by a driver who was entirely naked. The incident, captured on his Ring doorbell, showed the courier placing the food on the porch before walking back to his car as if nothing were amiss. Matlock discarded the food, reported the episode to DoorDash, and received a full refund.

The company issued a statement calling the conduct vulgar and unacceptable, permanently revoking the driver’s access to the platform and offering cooperation with any police investigation. DoorDash advised customers who feel threatened to call emergency services and pointed Matlock to additional safety information on its website. The episode follows previous odd DoorDash incidents, including a Florida driver who handled a stray chicken wing in an unsanitary way and another who used an AI-generated photo to fake a delivery.
