Huawei Cloud Unveils Global AI Cluster Service and Enterprise Agent Platform
Huawei Cloud announced the worldwide release of its new AI Cluster Service and expanded its enterprise-grade agent platform, aiming to strengthen AI infrastructure.
During the keynote at HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, Peter Zhou detailed Huawei Cloud’s push into the “agentic” era with the launch of its AI Cluster Service (AICS), featuring a five-level recovery system, 20 % higher token throughput and a 10-minute fault-recovery window. The service will be commercially offered in China on September 30 and abroad on November 30. Huawei also promoted its Agentic Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform, which aggregates leading AI models for one-click access, and the AgentArts enterprise agent platform that already supports more than 100 customers such as Kingsoft Office.
The Industry AI Foundry now includes new Smart Government and AI Hardware zones, hosting thousands of industry assets and projects. Additionally, Huawei announced the upcoming global release of AgentArts on December 30 and highlighted its open-source openJiuwen community. These moves aim to build an open, secure, and scalable AI ecosystem on Huawei’s silicon-based cloud infrastructure.
