Huawei launches Watch D3 with built-in medical-grade blood pressure cuff

Huawei's latest smartwatch, the Watch D3, incorporates an inflatable air-bag cuff that measures blood pressure on the wrist the same way a conventional cuff does, delivering medical-grade accuracy. The device holds CE-MDR certification and supports 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, producing professional reports that users can share with their physicians. At 40 g and 11.3 mm thick, the redesign is slimmer than its predecessor and available in black, white and mocha gold with a 1.92-inch AMOLED display.

Beyond blood pressure, the watch tracks stress, skin temperature, lung function and offers over 100 sport modes, while also enabling calls, NFC payments and calendar access. It launches for £399.99 through Huawei Store, Amazon, Currys, Argos and other authorized retailers, with a limited offer of ten months of Bupa Well+ health services for early buyers.
