Hosted by the non-partisan American Coalition for Ukraine, the gathering provides briefings, training and direct advocacy opportunities with U.S. lawmakers. Key agenda items are tightening sanctions against Russia, securing the return of Ukrainian children taken abroad, and boosting defence collaboration.
Participants will hold multiple meetings with members of Congress to press for continued security assistance. This is the second summit held in Washington this year, following an April meeting that attracted a similar turnout. The event underscores ongoing American civil-society support for Ukraine’s war effort.
