Hyundai E&C launches 1,779-unit Hillstate Godeok Ellist near Samsung campus

Hyundai Engineering & Construction has broken ground on Hillstate Godeok Ellist, a large-scale apartment project comprising 1,779 units in Godeok International New Town, Gyeonggi Province. The complex is split between Block A12, which will contain 942 homes in towers up to 23 floors, and Block A65, with 837 homes in towers up to 27 floors. Every unit measures 84 m² and most feature four-bay floor plans designed to maximise natural light and airflow, plus multipurpose rooms and optional walk-in closets.

Residents will share facilities such as a fitness centre, indoor golf practice area, group-exercise room, library and dedicated child-care, senior-care and community-care spaces. The site is well-served by public transport, including Seojeong-ri Station on Seoul Subway Line 1, the upcoming Pyeongtaek Jije SRT Station and a planned BRT stop. Nearby schools and an education town with an international school are also slated for the area. Prices will be subject to South Korea’s new-home price-ceiling regulations.
