Impact SEE'26 returns to Bucharest for its third edition, bringing together roughly 200 international speakers and thousands of attendees at Romexpo and the Face Convention Center. The two-day agenda, presented by Mastercard, expands to eight thematic streams, adding investments & startups and culture to its roster. Highlights include a fireside chat with Ryan Reynolds on brand creativity, a keynote by Anna Lembke on the dopamine economy, and Ilian Mihov’s analysis of the region’s competitive forces.
Government officials such as Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare and Economy Minister Ambrozie-Irineu Darău will discuss public-policy support for growth, while AI and cybersecurity sessions explore practical implementation and risk. The event also offers curated networking, an Impact Bookstore, and cultural panels on creative economies.
