Inter Milan hosted Club Brugge at San Siro and were beaten 4-3 in a dramatic Champions League fixture. Tresoldi, a Milan supporter, netted a hat-trick, while Brugge secured the victory despite conceding three goals. The result marks Inter's second straight loss in the competition, leaving them with zero points after two games. Cristian Chivu, the team's manager, described the performance as a "nightmare" and highlighted the failure to transition from attack to defense. The defeat also ends Inter's unbeaten home streak in the 2026 Champions League season, adding pressure on Chivu ahead of upcoming matches.
