IRGC spokesperson says Iran turned down US outreach attempt
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced it rejected a recent U.S. effort to make contact, insisting any dealings remain military.
Hossein Mohebi, the IRGC's spokesman, told reporters that the United States tried to reach out, but the corps refused any such engagement. He emphasized that interactions with the U.S. would continue solely through armed means as long as hostilities persist. Diplomatic matters, he added, are handled by Iran's foreign ministry.
