Israeli forces detain six Palestinians after large settler raid on Qusra

More than 50 Israeli settlers attacked the village of Qusra in the West Bank, damaging homes and burning fields, after which the Israeli army took six Palestinians into custody and later released them nearby.

A sizable group of Israeli settlers entered Qusra, an occupied West Bank community, where they assaulted residents, wrecked property and set agricultural land ablaze. Israeli military units responded by rounding up six Palestinians for questioning. The detainees were subsequently released in the vicinity of the village. The incident highlights ongoing tensions between settlers and Palestinian locals in the area.
