After previously turning down the show due to a packed work calendar, the 41-year-old actress said reaching her 40th birthday last year made her eager to embrace the opportunity. She pointed to a lyric from Madonna’s new album and a spontaneous praise from Taylor Swift at Poppy Delevingne’s birthday party as decisive prompts, adding that her nan’s enthusiasm also played a role.

Winston’s extensive acting résumé includes roles in Made in Dagenham, Tomb Raider and portraying Barbara Windsor in one outlet biopic Babs. The 2026 contestant roster features Lacey Turner, Dani Dyer, Delta Goodrem, Chris Appleton, Cach Mercer, Will Best, Sarah Storey and Melanie Walters.
