He said the president appears to be on autopilot, showing boredom with the job and exhibiting erratic moments, from rambling speeches to apparent fatigue. Carville pointed to physical indicators such as stumbling, unsteady gait, and bruising on his hands, while noting that Trump’s personal doctor, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, still reports excellent health.
The strategist also recalled earlier comments about Trump’s frequent visits to Walter Reed and described one outlet situation as the president’s "final convulsions." Recent reports from aides describe Trump as more erratic than usual and uninterested in traveling for midterm campaign support, opting instead for a Dallas convention to rally Republican candidates.
