Jammu & Kashmir police arrest wildlife officer for drug-smuggling scheme targeting ex-lover's husband

Investigators say the 51-year-old government worker arranged a drug shipment to the husband of his 27-year-old ex-partner, hoping the arrest would revive their affair. Phone records of the woman led detectives to Sofi, who coordinated the consignment through an associate named Areeb. The operation was uncovered on Monday, resulting in Sofi's arrest by J&K police.
