Jati Tinggi Holding Secures Major Power Infrastructure Contract for Selangor Data Centre
Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd won a contract to deliver high-voltage power infrastructure for a data centre at Banting Technology Park in Selangor, with completion slated for early 2027.
Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd, wholly owned by Jati Tinggi Group Bhd, secured a contract to provide critical power infrastructure for a data centre development in Banting, Selangor. The scope covers the full lifecycle of a 275-kilovolt PMU Megasteel cable connection to the Consumer Landing Station, including design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning. The project is scheduled for completion by 15 January 2027 and is projected to positively affect the group’s future earnings per share and net assets per share.
Managing director Lim Yeong Seong highlighted that the award signals expanding opportunities beyond the company’s traditional utility-related portfolio, as data-intensive facilities drive demand for both medium- and high-voltage solutions. He noted that the firm’s order book now stands at a high level, underscoring a broader and more varied project pipeline. Year-to-date contract wins for FY2026 have already surpassed the total secured in the previous fiscal year.
