Jenny Spetalen, the 24-year-old daughter of billionaire Øystein Spetalen, has listed a Bygdøy apartment for sale at a price above the 2019 purchase price paid by her mother, Charlotte Spetalen. The flat is part of the prestigious Bygdøysnes development on the former Canadian embassy site. This follows last year’s sale of ten apartments in a Frogner building that generated a substantial revenue for the family.
In addition to her real-estate activities, Jenny has become a prominent social-media figure, a sought-after model, and a competitive tennis player.
