He revealed he only took two weeks off from farm duties, a brief absence that he thinks left Cooper disappointed.

The former Top Gear host also discussed adopting slower driving, regular walks, and a vegetarian diet to ensure he can watch his grandchildren, Arlo and Xanthe, grow up. His diagnosis followed a heart issue and a brief hospital stay triggered by restarting blood-thinning medication without consulting doctors. Clarkson celebrated the award with a pint and expressed gratitude for his quick recovery.
