Jetour expands global travel lifestyle brand with new tech and conservation push

Chinese automaker Jetour is broadening its "Travel+" strategy worldwide, showcasing new SUV technology and wildlife-conservation partnerships at its 2026 Global Technology Experience Day.

Jetour, a Chinese SUV maker established in 2018, announced that its global sales have reached 2.56 million units and its models are sold in more than 100 countries, leading box-style SUV sales in 13 of them. The firm will stage its 2026 Jetour Global Technology Experience Day, themed "Future Travel Starts Now," from Oct 20-23, featuring urban, mountain and wetland test routes to illustrate its "Travel+" concept. New technologies such as the XWD fully automatic intelligent four-wheel drive, GAIA all-terrain architecture and C-DM super hybrid powertrain will be highlighted.

Jetour also unveiled conservation initiatives, partnering with Discovery and the Cheetah Conservation Fund in Africa, TCS and Pulihara in Malaysia, and launching a Markhor Conservation Programme in Pakistan. The company seeks to deepen its footprint in established markets like Europe, Australia and New Zealand, positioning its SUVs as family-friendly, adventure-ready vehicles while tying travel to philanthropy and cultural exchange. Success will hinge on local demand, competitive pressures and execution of its expansion plan.
