JSW One Platforms targets ₹3,054 crore IPO to expand B2B services

JSW One Platforms has filed a draft prospectus for an IPO worth up to ₹3,054 crore, combining a fresh equity issue and an Offer for Sale.

JSW One Platforms announced plans for a ₹3,054 crore initial public offering, comprising a fresh equity issue of up to ₹1,300 crore and an Offer for Sale of up to ₹1,754.01 crore by its affiliates JSW Steel Ltd, JSW Cement Ltd and Mitsui & Co Ltd. The capital raised will be allocated to marketing and brand building for JSW One Distribution Ltd (₹125 crore), strengthening the capital base of JSW One Finance Ltd (₹500 crore), and investing up to ₹350 crore in technology and platform enhancements, with any surplus directed to general corporate needs.

Fiscal 2026 saw the firm’s revenue climb 44.93% to ₹5,743.39 crore and its gross merchandise value rise to ₹18,596.91 crore. For the quarter ending June 30, 2026, revenue was ₹1,642.45 crore and profit after tax was ₹14.21 crore. Industry data highlights that India’s B2B trade market is roughly USD 2 trillion, with low digital penetration, underscoring growth potential for the platform.

Why it matters
