Judge Upholds Bail for Man Linked to U.S. Consulate Shooting, Sparking Outrage

Ontario Superior Court Justice Heather McArthur affirmed bail for Zara Jabbi on July 7, despite his alleged role in the March shooting of the U.S. Consulate in Toronto.
