Julie Wainwright relists Manhattan Woolworth Building condo for $7.88 million

Former RealReal CEO Julie Wainwright has placed her 34th-floor Woolworth Building condo back on the market at $7.88 million.

Julie Wainwright, the founder and former chief executive of the luxury resale platform RealReal, has re-entered her Manhattan condo on the market for $7.88 million. The 34th-floor residence occupies 3,282 square feet and includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with sweeping city, skyline, and river views. She originally purchased the unit for $6.75 million in 2020, soon after the company’s initial public offering, and previously listed it at the same price in mid-2024 before withdrawing it later that year.

Ongoing monthly common charges and property taxes amount to about $13,916. The renewed listing comes after she sold a Beverly Hills five-bedroom home in November 2024 for $10.7 million, down from an initial $11.99 million ask. Corcoran’s Kane Manera is handling the sale, and the property features high-end finishes such as marble countertops, herringbone wood floors, and a soaking-tub primary bath.

Why it matters

The listing shows how a prominent tech entrepreneur is leveraging luxury real-estate assets amid her company's evolution.
