Juvenile murder suspect's trial postponed again amid defense investigation
A federal public defender asked for another delay in the adult trial of a juvenile charged with murder and aggravated sexual abuse, and prosecutors did not object.

The case involves the alleged mechanical asphyxiation of 18-year-old Anna Kepner, whose body was hidden under a bed while her 13-year-old brother slept nearby. Hudson, tried as an adult, could receive a life sentence and must decide on a guilty plea by Oct. 23.
