The service lets participants trade contracts on events ranging from NFL games to international soccer.
The promotion lists Ohio State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Georgia and Indiana as leading college football picks. It is available only in a defined list of U.S. states and territories and is restricted to users aged 18 or older.
