Kim Jong Un honors Russian troops during 78th regime anniversary celebrations

The ceremony in Pyongyang’s Assembly Hall marked the 78th founding day of the North Korean state, with senior party, government and military officials in attendance. Participants swore loyalty to the constitution and socialist system. In his address, Kim thanked workers and soldiers, giving special commendation to commanders and soldiers of the Russian overseas operation.
