King Haakon is set to embark on his first official municipal tour, beginning with a visit to the northern town of Narvik. During the stop, the king will tour the Jeger Battalion (GSV), interacting with its command staff and enlisted soldiers. Following the Narvik stop, the royal program includes meetings with the Finnmark Police District and the Border Commission before proceeding to the headquarters of the Finnmark Brigade at Porsangmoen.
