Lakers unveil 2026-27 promotional calendar featuring bobbleheads, Hello Kitty and championship memorabilia
The Los Angeles Lakers announced a full slate of themed nights for the 2026-27 season, including bobblehead giveaways for current stars and legends, a Hello Kitty night, and a replica 2020 championship ring giveaway.
The Los Angeles Lakers released their 2026-27 promotional schedule, highlighting a mix of current-player tributes and historic honors. Luka Dončić will receive a bobblehead on Nov. 1 after winning the league’s scoring title, and Austin Reaves will be featured on Dec. 27. The “League of Stars” program will showcase throwback bobbleheads for two-time All-Star Norm Nixon (Dec. 14), championship coach Paul Westhead (Jan. 14), and four-time champion Kurt Rambis (Mar. 17).
Phil Jackson’s statue will be unveiled on Apr. 9, accompanied by a dedicated bobblehead night. The calendar also includes a replica of the 2020 championship ring on Jan. 24, a Hello Kitty night on Mar. 7, a Dodgers-style jersey giveaway on Nov. 18, and various themed nights such as LGBTQ+ Pride, Veterans Appreciation, and Mental Health Awareness.
