Lambda seeks up to $4 billion in funding ahead of 2027 IPO
Cloud-computing firm Lambda is raising as much as $4 billion at a $14.5 billion pre-money valuation, its last private round before a planned 2027 public offering.
The financing round is being led by Blackstone and Coatue Management. Lambda’s letter to limited partners shows its order backlog surged to $50 billion in September from $15 billion in June. The company intends to list on the stock market in 2027, contingent on execution and market conditions. No comment was received from Lambda when approached for remarks.
