Laneway Festival 2027 to Feature Fontaines D.C. and Hayley Williams as Headliners

Laneway Festival 2027, scheduled for Sunday, February 21 at Western Springs in Auckland, will be anchored by headliners Fontaines D.C. and Hayley Williams. The Dublin post-punk group finally gets to perform in Auckland after pulling out of the 2020 edition and missing the 2023 event due to floods, and they have recently released the Grammy-nominated album Romance and announced a new record, Dopamine Chamber. Williams will deliver The Hayley Williams Show, her inaugural solo performance in New Zealand, featuring tracks from her third solo album Ego Death for a Bachelorette Party.
Supporting acts span a range of genres, including electropop stars Slayyyter and Kim Petras, Slovakian vocalist Adéla, Australian producer Ninajirachi, and glitch-pop artist Jane Remover. Local talent such as Māori electronic act MOKOMOKAI, Auckland alternative band Office Dog, and returning alt-pop act Balu Brigada will also be on stage. Presale tickets become available at 11 a.m. on October 7, and the festival follows a successful 2026 edition that attracted over 36,000 attendees.
