Levanta secures $22 million Series B to broaden influencer-driven retail platform
Social-commerce startup Levanta closed a $22 million Series B round, aiming to extend its creator-marketing services beyond Amazon to other marketplaces and overseas markets.
Levanta, a platform that matches e-commerce merchants with influencers who receive product samples and commission for promotional videos, raised $22 million in a Series B round led by Volition Capital and joined by Long Run Capital. The financing brings the startup’s total capital to $43 million and will be used to broaden its reach beyond Amazon, strengthening relationships with Walmart, Shopify and additional retail sites while entering international markets, including Europe.
Levanta’s network comprises over 90,000 screened creators, and it encourages merchants to set affiliate rates between 15% and 20%. The firm supports sellers with performance tracking, creator payments, tax automation and occasional flat-rate brand deals. Revenue comes from a flat service fee and a cut of sales generated through the platform. Levanta has remained profitable or break-even since its launch and employs staff across the United States, the Asia-Pacific region, and plans to grow its European headcount.
Why it matters
The funding enables Levanta to scale influencer-driven sales tools across more retailers and regions, shaping how brands reach online shoppers.
