Louisiana woman confronts alleged cruise scammer on MSC Seascape after $1,100 loss

Vanessa Phillips from Louisiana planned to sail the MSC Seascape on a Western Caribbean itinerary after paying Armonte Domious Wilson $1,100 for a reservation. Wilson reportedly ceased communication before departure and booked his own cruise for $524, excluding Phillips from the trip. Determined to retrieve her funds, Phillips purchased her own ticket and located Wilson relaxing in a jacuzzi on the vessel, where she confronted him on camera.

In the video, she demanded the return of her money, while Wilson claimed he had not taken the cash and that the Venmo transactions were under dispute. He later posted on Instagram, stating he removed her from the booking after she contested the payments and was awaiting Venmo’s resolution.
