Madonna and Kylie Minogue's collaborative version of “Love Sensation” rose to No. 2 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart, narrowly missing the top spot.
Madonna’s latest album, Confessions II, has generated a new collaborative single with Kylie Minogue titled “Love Sensation.” In its most recent week, the song climbed from No. 5 to No. 2 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart, moving 5,100 digital downloads according to Luminate data. It was edged out by Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas,” which sold 8,000 copies and extended its record-setting run at No. 1 for a fifteenth week.
The duet also debuted at No. 9 on the Hot Dance/Pop Songs chart and secured a spot near the top of the Dance Airplay ranking. For Madonna, the No. 2 position represents her best showing on this specific chart, while Minogue achieved her highest digital-sales ranking to date. Other tracks from Confessions II, such as “Give Me All Your Luvin’” and “I Feel So Free,” have previously entered the top ten without reaching the summit.
