Mahindra Lifespaces plans Rs 1,250 crore residential project on 10 acres in north Bengaluru

Mahindra Lifespaces filed details with the BSE outlining a new 10-acre residential venture in north Bengaluru, with a gross development value of Rs 1,250 crore. The scheme will provide around 1 million sq ft of premium apartments and is slated for launch in the next nine months. Situated roughly 8 km from the city airport and off the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Highway, the site benefits from nearby technology parks, commercial centres, schools, hospitals and retail hubs.

The development will join two other parcels acquired in 2025, bringing the company's total north Bengaluru footprint to about 3 million sq ft of saleable area. Officials also noted that future metro connectivity will further enhance the location's appeal.
