Malayan tiger wanders onto Fraser's Hill road, officials launch investigation
A Malayan tiger was spotted on the road shoulder near Fraser's Hill heading toward Kuala Kubu Baru, prompting warnings to motorists and hikers.
The tiger appeared close to the GS Gap Chorocco trek area, about one kilometre from the Fraser's Hill junction. A social-media user posted photos and urged drivers not to stop, open windows, or exit their cars. The Department of Wildlife and National Parks said it is investigating the animal's presence in the area.
