Justin Hoh, world No. 48, completed the victory by defeating Gerelsukh Jargalsaikhan 21-7, 21-12. Two scheduled matches involving Aaron Chia-Tee Kai Wun and Eogene Ewe were not played. Malaysia now prepares for a decisive quarter-final against Indonesia on Tuesday.
