Malaysia to boost senior aid to RM1.3 billion and introduce i-Emas withdrawals

He also introduced the i-Emas option, allowing Employees Provident Fund members who reach 55 or 60 to take structured monthly payouts while keeping the rest of their savings invested. The scheme is designed to let retirees draw income without cashing out all at once, improving financial security for older Malaysians.
