Man Charged with Multiple Rapes and Trafficking of 15-Year-Old in Louisville

Immigration officials say Rolando Cenobio Vasquez, an undocumented Mexican national, faces several rape and human-trafficking charges for allegedly abusing a 15-year-old girl in Louisville.

Rolando Cenobio Vasquez, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, has been taken into custody in Louisville and charged with multiple serious crimes involving a 15-year-old girl. According to ICE, the allegations stem from a period beginning in December 2025 when Vasquez was renting a room to the girl and her mother and allegedly began raping and sodomizing the teenager. The charging document lists three counts of rape, three counts of sodomy, human-trafficking, promotion of trafficking involving a minor, and sexual abuse.

Police say Vasquez threatened the family and tried to bribe the victim to conceal the abuse. A Department of Homeland Security official described the case as evidence of ICE’s renewed focus on dangerous illegal entrants. The agency has placed a detainer on Vasquez, requesting that local authorities hand him over to federal custody if released.
