Man found dead and child critically injured in Dungannon murder probe
Police opened a homicide investigation after a man was discovered dead and a child seriously wounded on Lisnahull Road in Dungannon.
A murder and attempted-murder inquiry began following the discovery of a dead man and a severely injured child on Lisnahull Road, Dungannon, County Tyrone, Saturday morning.
