Man wounded by gunfire while dining on Malaga's Muelle Uno terrace

Late Tuesday night, a man in his middle years was shot while having dinner on the terrace of La Plaza restaurant, located on the Paseo del Muelle Uno in Malaga. According to eyewitness accounts, two individuals came down the stairs to the venue and fired at the victim, hitting him in the face and causing two gunshot wounds. Patrons first mistook the sounds for fireworks, then fled as the seriousness of the incident became clear.

Local Police and National Police arrived quickly, cordoned off the area, and began gathering evidence, while the assailants escaped on foot. Emergency services provided on-scene treatment before the injured man was rushed to hospital. The investigation remains ongoing and the suspects have not been apprehended.
