Marbella butt-lift surgeon's murder sparks dozens of women to allege malpractice and intimidation
After Dr Alexander Aslani was killed in his Marbella clinic, more than twenty former patients have publicly accused him of botched surgeries, threats and forced silence.
The murder of Dr Alexander Aslani, a high-profile Brazilian butt-lift surgeon in Marbella, has prompted a surge of allegations from more than twenty former patients who describe botched procedures, threats, and coerced non-disclosure agreements. Two pre-existing support groups have mobilised, citing earlier investigative reporting that highlighted deficiencies in his medical history. Victims report being pressured with legal threats and contracts, while Aslani previously sued a British Instagram influencer for libel, winning £40,000 in damages.
Court documents reveal he enlisted lawyers and the High Court in London to suppress criticism. Aslani, who boasted over 14,000 surgeries on clients from more than 40 countries and 200,000 Instagram followers, was shot dead by a teenage hitman while operating on a patient, raising serious concerns about patient safety and legal intimidation in cosmetic surgery.
