Martha Stewart shares post-hip-replacement routine and previews new body lotion
Martha Stewart disclosed that her recent hip replacement allowed her to test Elm Biosciences' upcoming body lotion while detailing her daily health habits.
During an intimate September 9 event at a Perry St. restaurant in New York City, Martha Stewart revealed that a recent hip-replacement operation provided an opportunity to evaluate a forthcoming body lotion from her skincare line, Elm Biosciences. Working with a physical therapist, she noted the lotion's smooth feel and received positive feedback from the therapist. Stewart described her rigorous daily regimen, which includes 6:30 a.m. Pilates or weightlifting, a self-made green juice from garden produce, and a diet of home-grown eggs and homemade yogurt.
She also discussed her entrepreneurial ventures, co-founding Elm Biosciences and HINT Home Intelligence, and praised the company’s co-founder Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali. While the new lotion has not yet launched, Stewart continues to use the A3O Elemental Serum, a product she helped develop over five years.
