Masked 15-year-old attacks classmate with kitchen knife after misogynistic notes
A 15-year-old boy, wearing a mask, stabbed a female student in the back at Thorpe St Andrew School, Norfolk, after leaving notes expressing hatred of women.
In a court hearing, a masked 15-year-old was described as having entered Thorpe St Andrew School near Norwich with a kitchen knife and stabbed a girl in the back while she was defenseless. After the attack he ran from the building, was chased by a teacher, and was arrested nearby, later directing officers to the knife. The victim was treated at hospital, where the wound was reportedly glued together and she was released the next day.
Prosecutors presented notes the boy wrote that cited "misanthropy, misogyny, suicide, bullying" as motives and revealed his obsession with serial killers, including videos made with an AI app. A search of his home uncovered further disturbing material, such as a "victim’s list" and essays describing violent fantasies. He admitted to grievous bodily harm with intent but denied attempted murder, and the trial continues.
