Matt Hardy highlights three TNA rising stars ahead of Lockdown event

Matt Hardy pointed to Jason Hotch, Leon Slater and Ricky Sosa as the TNA talents fans should watch as the company approaches its Lockdown pay-per-view.

During one outlet's interview, Matt Hardy, one half of the TNA World Tag Team Champions, identified three emerging performers he believes will become major names in professional wrestling. He highlighted Jason Hotch, who recently captured the TNA International Championship from Mustafa Ali and is set for a rematch at Lockdown. Hardy also commended 21-year-old Leon Slater for his maturity and near-300-day X Division title reign, which could end at the same event.

Additionally, he mentioned Ricky Sosa, whose independent-circuit entrance went viral, as another talent to watch. Hardy noted that while Slater might eventually move to other promotions, his current trajectory is promising. The Lockdown pay-per-view will take place on August 23 at Chicago’s Credit Union 1 Arena, featuring steel-cage matches, including the Hardy brothers defending their tag titles against Nic and Ryan Nemeth.
