Mavenir and Neysa team up to deliver sovereign AI infrastructure for enterprises

US telecom software vendor Mavenir and Blackstone-backed AI cloud provider Neysa, headquartered in Mumbai, announced a partnership to create a sovereign AI infrastructure offering for telecoms, enterprises and neocloud providers. Mavenir's AI Integrated Platform will sit atop Neysa's GPU-focused cloud and deployment environment, delivering a turnkey stack that eliminates the need for customers to assemble hardware and software themselves.

Neysa will provide the underlying cloud stack, GPU resources and deployment framework, while Mavenir contributes policy-control and usage-metering capabilities. The combined solution supports on-premise, hybrid, or cloud-only deployments, giving mobile operators a GPU-enabled pathway through Neysa's platform. Company leaders highlighted the aim of turning idle GPU capacity into revenue-generating AI services and noted that Mavenir will also use Neysa's infrastructure to scale its own AI products such as Service Assurance, Security Agents and Voice Services.
