The tragedy unfolded in May 2025 after the boy fell into the family’s unfenced pool in Arizona while his father, Brady, was alone with their two other children. Police statements indicate that Trigg was out of sight for roughly ten minutes and spent about seven minutes in the water before being pulled out.
The examiner listed the death as an accident. In a recent interview, Emilie Kiser said she has forgiven Brady for the incident.
