Melania Trump to debut IMPERIA forum for women CEOs at NYSE during UN week

Melania Trump plans a high-profile schedule from 22 to 25 September, traveling between New York and Washington. Central to the itinerary is the debut of IMPERIA, an invitation-only forum for senior women executives that will be announced as she rings the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on 23 September. Senior adviser Marc Beckman described the initiative as a “Davos for Women,” aimed at building relationships, moving capital, influencing policy and encouraging cross-industry collaboration among female CEOs.

The launch follows her UN-based Fostering the Future Together program, which convened a global coalition on AI, digital literacy and child online safety. During the same week, she will host Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife for a state visit, with discussions expected on trade, AI and other strategic issues. The series of events ties together her focus on technology-focused education, women’s corporate leadership, and diplomatic ceremonial duties.
