Microsoft unveils pocket-sized Xbox Nano controller for on-the-go gaming
Microsoft announced the Xbox Nano, a compact, $49.99 controller built for portable play and smaller hands.
Microsoft introduced the Xbox Nano, its smallest controller to date, priced at $49.99 and designed for gamers who need a pocket-friendly device. At just over five inches long, the controller fits comfortably in smaller hands and is intended for on-the-go use. It includes all standard Xbox buttons, offers Xbox Wireless and Bluetooth connectivity, and can pair with consoles, smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
Power comes from an internal rechargeable battery, removing the reliance on AA batteries or separate charging packs. A new programmable Action Button lets users assign functions such as screenshots or gameplay capture. The final design features a rear USB-C port and a pairing button, and the product is available for pre-order now with shipments expected in November.
